A towering Austrian who joined Wrexham on loan in 2014, much like Ben Foster joined the Welsh club from Stoke in 2005 where one Denis Smith was the manager who gave him his first chance in League football. Here’s hoping that Bachmann doesn’t make a similar move to Manchester United this summer!

Having been introduced into the first team setup to work alongside Jack Butland, Thomas Sorensen and Asmir Begovic in September 2013, Bachmann is learning from three real professionals with vast experience and advice. Bachmann made the bench for the FA Cup tie with Leicester City in January 2014 following injuries to both Begovic & Sorensen, but made his first team debut in the summer of 2014, albeit in a friendly with 1860 Munich in a pre-season tour of Switzerland.

In the summer of 2015, Bachmann joined Scottish Premier League side Ross County on loan.

Here’s a little compilation video of Daniel Bachmann.
